Fancy enough to serve at your next brunch, but not too fancy for serving every day so go ahead, check it out because someday soon, this frosting recipe will become a standard in your kitchen.
Your Frosting Ingredients
3 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup butter, softened
3 Tablespoons honey
2 Tablespoons milk
Whip Up Your Frosting
Mix the ingredients together until the frosting appears smooth. You want to have a smooth, creamy consistency to the frosting. In other words, no lumps.
If the frosting seems to be too difficult to spread, add about ½ teaspoon of milk at a time to the mixture until you arrive at the desired consistency. Don't add more than that at once or else you may end up with a "runny" frosting.
